A sight glass must be clean. Most problems occur with dirt stuck to the inside. Don't waste money on new ones, when it can be cleaned. Types of sight glass to be cleaned are ANSI flange sight glass, high temperature tank sight glass, fluid sight glass, sight glass windows, tank sight glass, oil level sight glass, hot to replace sight glass high pressure boiler and high pressure boiler sight glass water column. If you have any of these, they can be cleaned.
